临港国际光仪电科技园按照光、仪、电产业的功能定位规划建设标准厂房约20万平方米，已建成的一、二期约13万平方米标准厂房，其中有两项单体荣获“白玉兰奖”。园区内还建有面积约11000多平米的综合楼，为入驻企业提供餐饮、住宿等完善的服务。

LinGang International Optoelectronics Park has planned to construct 200,000 square meters standard premise according to the functional localization by integration of optics、instrument、and electronics industrial. Presently, 130,000 sq.m2 of the first and second period premise has been finished, inside which two of single buildings was honored with ‘City Magnolia’ Prize.
There is also one multiple–use building totally with 11,000 sq.m2 constructed in the park dedicated in providing the best service for the stationed enterprise whatever on dining, lodging etc. The world renowned Top 500 enterprise MSK Logistic、Finland Specma、Kalmar Industry、as well as German Intorq has all been stationed in the park one after another.
